These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all stays offered by:

Hereinafter referred to as “the Campsite.”
2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all bookings made with Camping La Croix du Sud, whether made on site, by telephone, by email, or through any other booking method.
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS by the customer.
3. Booking
A booking becomes firm and final after:
- validation of the stay dates,
- payment of the required deposit (if applicable),
- acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The number of people indicated at the time of booking corresponds to the maximum capacity allowed for the accommodation or pitch. Any additional person may result in refusal of access or additional charges.
4. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included).
The applicable prices are those in effect on the date of booking.
The Campsite reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on bookings already confirmed.
5. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival at the campsite.
Accepted payment methods are those indicated by the Campsite (cash, cheque, bank card, according to current conditions).
6. Security Deposit
A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival for accommodation rentals.
This deposit may be paid by cheque or bank card pre-authorisation.
It will be returned after the departure inspection or sent by post if departure takes place outside reception opening hours, provided that no damage is found.
7. Arrivals and Departures
Arrivals take place between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Any late arrival must be reported to the campsite no later than the day before arrival.
Departures take place in the morning between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., after making an appointment with reception.
In the event of delayed arrival without prior notice, the campsite will hold the accommodation for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, the booking may be cancelled without refund.
8. Cancellation and Early Departure
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email or post).
Unless otherwise stated, no refund will be issued in the event of:
- cancellation by the customer,
- late arrival,
- early departure.
Cancellations due to serious medical reasons or force majeure may be considered upon presentation of supporting documents.
9. Campsite Rules
Guests agree to comply with the campsite’s internal rules, available on the website and at reception.
Failure to comply with the campsite rules may result in expulsion from the campsite without refund.
10. Liability
Camping La Croix du Sud cannot be held liable in the event of:
- loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings,
- incidents resulting from improper use of facilities,
- force majeure or events beyond its control.
A safe may be available in certain accommodations; the campsite declines all responsibility for valuables not deposited in accordance with instructions.
11. Pets
Pets are allowed provided that they:
- are kept on a leash,
- are supervised,
- comply with hygiene and cleanliness rules.
Waste bags are available at reception.
12. Swimming Pool
Access to the swimming pool is subject to compliance with the posted rules.
Wearing swimming briefs is mandatory.
Swimming shorts are strictly prohibited.
13. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the booking process are processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
For more information, guests are invited to consult the Privacy Policy (GDPR) available on the website.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the campsite’s registered office.
15. Acceptance of the GTCS
Booking a stay at Camping La Croix du Sud implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
